The Capital of Muck Diving and Macro Photography! Atlantis Dumaguete is located in Dauin on Negros Island, the third largest island in the Philippines. With its black volcanic sand, it is a macro photographer's heaven. This island is believed to have once been part of the island of Mindanao, but was cut off either by continental drift or the rising waters at the end of the ice age.
Dauin has established several sanctuaries, and just one reason for the stunning marine biodiversity exhibited here within which fishing and boating is absolutely prohibited. These sites are well preserved and offer a huge variety and quantity of life forms; Blue ringed octopus, Wonderpus, Mimic octopus, Poison ocellate octopus, Ambon scorpionfish, Flambouyant cuttlefish, Bobbit worms and a wide variety of Nudibranchs are frequent sights.
Atlantis specializes in all inclusive dive vacations, which include accommodations, all meals and unlimited diving, with up to 5 boat dives a day, 4 day dives and one night dive! We have a chef restaurant onsite, lunch and dinner are three course chef meals and the menu changes every day.
We also offer bed and breakfast with individual dives option.

The Delux Room have either a king bed (convertible to 2 twin beds) or a queen bed, ensuite with shower, safe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV with cable, minibar and refrigerator. Some deluxe rooms have an adjoining room with 2 twin beds and the same amenities.

These rooms have a direct ocean view. Each has a king bed (convertible to 2 twin beds), ensuite with shower, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV with cable, minibar, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and DVD player.

Garden Suite have a king bed (convertible to 2 twin beds), ensuite with shower, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV with cable, minibar, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and DVD player. These suites also have a large furnished balcony or patio.

Dining
Toko’s restaurant is right on the beach and will provide you with a unique dining experience. Using fresh local products and flavors, but made to an international standard, Toko’s have moved away from monotonous a la carte menus to daily changing blackboard menus at both lunch and dinner. Choose from an extensive list of cocktails and shakes, or sip the best coffee in town while enjoying the wonderful view.
Diving
With Atlantis’ Five Star PADI Career Development Centers you will find the highest standard of dive education, first class facilities and world class dive guides.
From the moment you arrive, the dive team will take over the task of handling your equipment. Once you’ve unpacked and placed your gear in the personal storage, the team will bring it to the dive centre, carry it on to the boat, and set it all up. At the end of the day, we’ll rinse and hang everything to dry overnight, and then reassemble it all for the next day’s diving.
Atlantis dive cenetr support all levels of recreational divers, Nitrox as well as re-breather.

Activities
Atlantis Dive Resort Dumaguete offers soft adventure and sightseeing tours including waterfall tours, Twin Lakes, bird watching, ATV tours and whale shark snorkelling tours.
All extra activities to be booked locally on request.
Getting There
Dumaguete City, on the southern tip of the island of Negros is right in the heart of the Visayas. It is 500 km south of Manila and 110 km from Cebu City and is easily accessible from either.
Routes
Daily flights from Manila (MNL) via Cebu Pacific or Philippine Airlines (both use Airbus A319/320 aircraft). Flight time is approximately one hour.
From Cebu via van and boat (via Liloan) or by fast ferry to Dumaguete. Private plane arrangements also possible.
Atlantis is in Dauin, approximately thirty minutes by road from Dumaguete City.
Travel Arrangements
Door to door (or flight to flight) “Concierge Transfers” arrangements can be made through our friendly reservations staff. This includes ‘meet and greet’ and domestic flight reservations.
