Socorro Islands
For individuals with advanced SCUBA diving experience, theSocorro Islandsare aSCUBA diving adventure not to be missed! Located in the eastern Pacific Oceanapproximately 250 miles south of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico – at the tip of the Bajapeninsula – these islands have been compared to the Galapagos Islands in Eacuador orCocos Island in Costa Rica because of the big animal encounters they provide.
Our trips to the Socorro Islands are scheduled November - Junebecause wehave found these months to be the best for favorable weather conditions and toencounter the large pelagics that roam this area. Specifically from midJanuarythrough mid April the Socorro Islands are home to a large population of humpbackwhales that come here to breed and calve. Whale sharks are a special treat at theislands; they find us in November/December and late April/May/June. The giant Pacificmanta, pods of wild bottlenose dolphin, extremely large tuna (the world record yellowfinis from these waters), wahoo and thick schools of jacks are all encounteredunderwater on a regular basis throughout the entire season. Add to the mix visitinghammerhead cleaning stations plus sometimes encountering up to seven species ofsharks on a single dive, and you have the opportunity to experience some of the bestbig animal diving in the world!

Guadalupe Island
Agust through October we offer our Great White Shark cage diving adventure. Our Great White Shark Cage Diving Experience is a5 day trip departing fromEnsenada, Mexicoto Guadalupe Island. This is cage diving at its most exciting usingsurface supplied air (hookah) instead of SCUBA tanks. Therefore, it is not necessary tobe a certified scuba diver in order to participate in these trips. For those individuals whoare scuba divers we also offer diving in a submersible cage. This allows us to descenda little further into the world of the great white shark and provides a completely differentperspective to the cage diving experience. One of our dive-masters escorts two diversat a time on these dives and we rotate all certified divers who wish to experience thesubmersible cage as many times as conditions will allow.
